Office hours are:
Mondays 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tuesdays 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Wednesdays 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Thursdays 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Fridays 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Q: How often would we meet?
The best progress is made during weekly sessions, at least in the beginning of therapy.
Q. What is your fee?
$185.00 per hour for evaluation
$150.00 per hour for individuals
$170.00 per hour for couples and families
Please feel free to ask if I have openings on my sliding scale for individuals or in my reduced fee pool for families.
Your initial half hour consultation is free.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash or check, Visa or MasterCard. I am also able to take payments from credit/debit cards linked to Health Savings Accounts or HSA’s.
Q: Do you take Insurance?
I am a preferred provider with Regence BlueShield of Washington, Premera Blue Cross and First Choice Health Plans
For any other plans I am an out-of-network mental health care provider.
I can provide you with forms to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I am happy to provide you with information so that you can contact your insurance company to verify your coverage.
